What's great about it: When they accept the product for repair under warranty they are very good.

What's not so great: Employees carring on conversations while you wait for help.

Geek Squad is great but store associates at Woodbridge Best Buy have a tendency to carry on a conversation with themselves while you are standing there and still have to ask for help. Has happened at check out also. Associates will be talking about personal business while a customer waits to purchase there items. I would recommend Geek Squad but a different Best Buy Store other than Best Buy on Prince William Parkway, Woodbridge Virginia.

I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: screen quality great for movies but only good for reading books

What's not so great: reading books from kindle app or any other book app but still better than the kindle fire by far.

I would recommend this Tablet to everyone from beginner and master users. Nothing bad at all about it.

I am having problem with Intel graphic drivers. After update i am experiencing horizontal lines across screen. i had to roll back driver to Microsoft basic drivers. Bought laptop 5 day ago ( 04/17/16) I was wondering anyone having same probem

I had to update in Safe Mode and it worked fine after that. Restart in normal mode after update.

Yes it does. I have it on mine but my mantle has been reinforced to support the weight. It is still a heavy TV.
