I bought this TV on 1/29/16. I have not been able to stream movies from Netflix or Amazon (the only one's I subscribe to) as the smart TV features do not work. After several calls to Sony, they determined an internal part was defective and needed to order a replacement. It has been almost 1 month since purchase and the TV has not been repaired. Sony has been good with keeping me up to date via email. The part they need is on back order and they will let me know when it arrives and will schedule the service company to repair the TV and make sure it is working properly. Currently, I am only able to watch TV as the smart features do not work. I will update this review with final comments after repair.

Is the standard remote backlit
Is the remote backlit or glow in the dark so you can see in the dark/at night?
No, the remote is not backlit and wish it was also.

Non reflective screen
Does this TV have non reflective screen. We have a problem with light from our windows shining in the tv.
My previous TV had this same issue. With the new TV, I do have this issue.
