The GPS has great software. I loved using it. But after 2-3 weeks it died - it would not turn on.

I really love this mouse.
First I owned an MX Anywhere (the first edition) mouse and after a few year of use it started to feel jumpy. Then I bought another one (same edition) but that was defective on arrival and when I returned it they did not have another one in store. Hence I bought this MX Anywhere II which essentially works the same as the first edition but the battery is rechargeable (using a USB cable).
I am not yet convinced the difference in price between MX Anywhere I and MX Anywhere II is worth buying the second one, but the quality of both editions are awesome. So overall I am very happy with it.
P.S. yes it does work on clear glass.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The price is great, but you really get what you pay for.
Garmin was always my choice of GPS brands. I used their products for
about 8 years. And I am happy with the new standard features they included over the years.
For example, the lane assist in one of these great features. Although is not yet perfect, it is still a great feature to have. The lane assist will show a preview of the exit when you need to get off/on the interstate. But during this time, it stops showing the speed of your vehicle.
If you like to take your GPS and walk around the city using the GPS, you may be disappointed with this product. Unlike other series, this one does not come with "Enhanced pedestrian navigation".
But I bought it for a great price, so overall I am pretty happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If this is reformatted for MAC and files uploaded from a MAC, can those files be viewed from a PC?

I don't think so. At least I could not. So I reformatted the drive so it can be used with both Mac and PC.

Is it compatible with Macs?

yes they are. But you need to format/reformat accordingly. You can also use with both Mac and PC if you choose the right formatting type.

Yes. I use one to backup files on a Mac machine, a Win 10 machine, and Win 7 machine.

are external hard drives specific to Apple or Microsoft?

They are not. But you do have to format them accordingly. Especially if you want to use the drive with both a PC and a Mac.

COPY SPEED IS VERY SLOW WHAT SHALL ???

I am not sure I understand your question, but the speed is pretty good, it's a USB 3.0 device.

Yes. I use it to backup files from a Mac, from a Win 10, and also use it with a Win 7 system.

can you set the drive to perform automatic periodic backups of document files?

yes. You can also select what to back up: the entire system, a specific folder/fle, etc.

How do I transfer pics from iPhone to my passport? Is a special cable needed ?
