Easy set up, like the web based login, you can make changes from anywhere, the range on the Wi-Fi broadcast is fantastic. I like the direct WiFi beaming allowing better faster connections. I set up a guest network so others couldn't see my devices or personal information on my network. That was super easy to do. Broadcast 2.4 up to 450 and the 5 Ghz will do up to 1250. Made a huge difference in Wi-Fi speed. The ports on the device are of course 1 Gig. All in all a solid router and at a really good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will this work with wind stream?

Yes. Make sure when you are seeing up the router to update your DHCP settings for automatic or static according to your ISP. Easier than it sounds. If you have trouble go to your providers website and they will have step by step instructions. Usually there is an 800 number also if you get confused.

Will this router work for Verizon FiOS?? Someone please answer thank you!!

Eliminating the coaxial cable means you can use almost any router with FiOS internet instead of the one they force you to rent from them. Simply have Verizon turn the FiOS ONT Ethernet port on. This will allow you to have coaxial free internet in your house.

Do you have to use a outside internet service or is it included ?

You will have to sign up for service unless you can connect to a gateway (someone broadcasting internet or directly into there router that's connected to the internet) then you bridge them and share the connection. My suggestion would be to sign up for a service provider and connect to that device. Less problems and won't have any hiccups like your neighbor "forgot" to pay the bill. ;)

I am trying to make a decision to cancel my Comcast cable and get hulu and Netflix accounts for my televisions. I believe I would need a Wifi router and entenna for my televisions. Will this router work for my Tv's and entennas?

You will still need to have access to the internet through some gateway such as DSL, Mobile Network, Dish, or cable. You wouldn't be able to just WiFi internet without a source of internet to feed the other devices. Direct bean maybe from a phone to a smart tv, but not through WiFi simultaneously with out a gateway.

I have a new HP Lap Top and HP wireless printer. I never had wi-fi before so my question probably seems silly. My current modem I bought from you is the Zoom cable modem 3.0 1094...is this all I need to buy?

Yep all you need is the router plug into your modem and most will automatically take your through set up process. If not look into the manual and usually they will tell you to log onto the modem manually by typing the routers IP address in your web browsers address bar I.e. 192.168.1.1 and then a user name and password prompt will pop up. Easy peasy. If you have any trouble go to the manufacturer's website and usually it has visual aids showing you what I explained. Hope this helps.

I have AT&T dsl. Best buy apparently only sells modem routers with no wifi for $60 or with wifi for $200 with nothing in between price wise. Im wondering if I can buy the netgear dsl modem and then buy this wifi router. can the two be used togerher?

Yes you can use both. Make sure your modem is in bridge mode and as the gate way. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your DSL if there is one. Connect it to your wireless router and depending if you have dynamic IP address or static your setting may differ a little but if your keep it obtain IP address automatically it will be a real easy set up. If you have problems from that point Google bridging my DSL to a wireless router and it will take you step by step. Hope this helps.
