Will the router interfere with the wired router that manages the wired network?

Yes you can put GTX750 Graphics Card, but still you need to consider the required watts of the graphics card that you will be using for your desktop. The more components and the more high end specs you have, you will be needing a higher PS for your desktop.

I am looking to ugrade my Asus Essentio to something more mobile. I need to take it to and form work daily. Would a laptop be a better choice?

I suggest you to own a laptop. This desktop is best for gaming, but then it's still your option and decision that counts.
