The Logitech Casa pop up desk is one of the most intuitive and useful products that I’ve had the pleasure of using in a while.
The kit comes in a nice foldable book about the size of a 14" laptop. There is a rubber strap that fold over the edge to keep it sealed shut. Once you open it, you can see all your accessories neatly placed in perfect cut out slots. The Keyboard, the touchpad, and a small little container that opens up to act as a storage space for cords, flash drives etc. The case then folds over and clicks into place with magnets. There are 2 rubber slats that hold your laptop nice and secure. Both the keyboard and touchpad can be charged with the included USB-C charger, that is supposed to last months on a single charge. I cannot confirm that it last this long, as I’ve only owned it for 3 days now.
The Casa kit works with both PC and Mac. In fact, the keyboard has both sets of keys printed on them for Mac and/ PC users. The touchpad is roughly the same size as the MacBook Pro 14” M1 pro's touchpad. Typing with the keyboard is very comfortable, as it has a nice laptop feel to the keys. There are many media keys present, and even a few extra. These can be customized in the Logi+ software as well.
The touchpad works very well right off the bat. I didn’t need to change any settings as it seems to have automatically applied the standard settings for a touchpad. It is a multitouch touchpad, so two finger taps act as a secondary click, and two fingers scroll as well, again this can all be customized in the Logi+ software.
Overall, I really love the Casa pop up desk from Logitech. This is exactly what I needed for a portable workstation whenever I’m traveling on the road. The case is able to hold up my laptop, nice and sturdy. The keyboard works great and feels really comfy to type on, and I love how it has both Windows and Mac keys. The touchpad works flawlessly and responds perfectly with no lag. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a portable keyboard and trackpad.

The Coros Apex 2 Pro has some great features, but it’s crippled by its insanely dull and low-quality touchscreen display.
Inside the box comes the Coros Watch, the wrist band, and a proprietary charging cable. The first time I turned on my watch, it gave me a QR code instructing me to sync with the Coros app. This is where you create an account, update, set up workout times etc. After I connect the watch to my phone, I was able to see the home screen on my watch…At first, I thought it was broken because the light and colors were so dull, but I quickly realized that’s what the display looks like. The screen is not lit up at all, instead it only has a back light that can be toggled on or off. When the back light is off, you can barely see the screen unless you’re in a very well-lit area. I did notice that I can see the screen a little better when looking at it, at an angle rather than head on. Considering this watch has a premium price, I would expect more when it comes to the quality of the screen. As it sits right now, I can barely see the screen at all, even with the backlight lit up. And the colors are so dull, they might as well have made this watch black and white.

The Coros has a sapphire crystal touchscreen display, but for some reason the touchscreen is turned off by default. I turned it on under setting in the watch and while it works, it does have some noticeable lag. So, I just prefer to use the digital crown. The watch does provide haptic feedback on both the crown and the touchscreen when pushed. It also works when pressing the power/light button and the back button.
Under the hood, the Coros does impress me with many features that work really well. Such as, the heartbeat sensor, steps counter, compass, ability to download offline maps, GPS navigation, and it even tracks your sleep. On top of that, the Coros has an amazing battery life. I wore the watch all day long and it only went down 2%. I’m guessing the low display quality has something to do with this. Creating activities and workouts is a breeze with the Coros App, as they made it very user friendly. You can even connect Bluetooth headphones to the watch and listen to music while working out.
Overall, I like some of the features that the Coros Apex 2 pro has to offer…Such as the heartbeat sensor, amazing battery life, haptic feedback, sleep tracking, steps counter, GSP compass. But the real problem lies with the display. I have such a hard time seeing the display, that I can’t even use it. Which is very disappointing, because there are some good qualities to this watch, unfortunately, they don’t do me any good if I can’t see them. That being said, sadly I can’t recommend this to anyone until Coros comes out with a better display.

The LG 45” Ultra Gear OLED monitor is gamers dream monitor. Everything about this monitor screams quality.
The first thing you’ll notice when you take it out of the box, is how big the monitor actually is. Inside the box you get a V shaped stand, a USB-C cable, HDMI high speed cable, a power block and the power cord. The Back of the monitor has many ports built-in and with the USB-C cable, it also acts as a hub. The monitor has built-in speakers which sound decent, but lack in any real bass. The Headphone jack located in the back does support DTS X sound. There is also a Display port, HDMI port, and USB ports, so there’s plenty of connection types choose from.
This is a 3440x1440p OLED monitor, with a 240hz refresh rate, so gaming on this, is an absolute dream. The OLED offers deep black levels with no light bleeding whatsoever. The 240hz refresh rate allows for a fast and smooth response time, especially when gaming. There are some extra features that were a surprise to me when I saw it, such as the RBG lighting built-in on the back of the screen. This is a really cool effect and adds a nice subtle glow around the back of the screen, this can also be customized in the settings menu. The monitor is an ultra-wide curved monitor in other words, it’s like having dual monitors but with no gap - that curves around you. The outcome, you get fully immersed in the game or show that you are engaged in.
The monitor is VESA compatible, meaning you can attach a TV or monitor mount to this. This monitor is a true plug and play monitor, I plugged it into my PC with a display port and once I changed the resolution to the max, everything including the sound atomically worked great. I also connected the monitor to my MacBook pro with a USB-C and the resolution was automatically set correctly, making this a great display choice to edit footage on.
Overall, I am truly amazed with this monitor. This is by far the best looking monitor I have ever used, and not just in picture quality, but in motion as well. The 240hz refresh rate, makes gaming so much better, and the ultra-wide curved screen totally immerses you in the game. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a new monitor.

The Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck is both fun and impressive, but it’s not without flaws.
Inside the box you will find a flightstick, throttle, some mounting screws, and 2 USB cables. Before you can begin flying, you must first download the Windows software. From there you can customize both the flightstick and throttle, as well as update the firmware, check that each button functions correctly and set custom controls.
The VelocityOne is both amazing and intimidating at the same time. This is due to having over 136 programmable buttons and joysticks, not to mention the 4” touchscreen on the throttle. With only a handful of games that offer full functional support, you will have to spend some time programing the buttons. I will admit, it was not fun assigning controls to all these buttons, especially since so many of them being non-standard buttons, that by the time I was finished I forgot what everything did. On top of that, I had many instances where I had to restart my computer due to the throttle or flightstick not responding correctly. Also, the touchscreen on the throttle gave me some input issues with my presses not registering correctly, also the knobs have some noticeable lag.
The first time I plugged in the VelocityOne, I was really impressed with how detailed everything looked and felt. Both the throttle and flightstick light up and have customizable RGB lighting. The throttle has a 4” colored touchscreen that can be customized with many pages. The flightstick has a small OLED HUD. You can customize the settings on both controllers with their built-in displays. They both offer vibration, that can be customized for intensity, and the throttle has both the stand and the throttle itself that vibrates. The build quality is incredible on both of the controllers, and they feel great to hold.
After setting everything up and programming all the inputs, I will say the experience is amazing! It feels like you’re actually flying and controlling the aircraft, and I have such a blast using it. The downside is the list of fully compatible games is very short, and when trying to play Star Wars Squadrons, the throttle still doesn’t work correctly. Although, if you enjoy playing MS Flight simulator, then you shouldn’t have any problems.
Overall, once you get past setting everything up, I think the VelocityOne flightdeck is a great product. I think it adds a new layer of fun when gaming. I just wish it supported more games.

The Logitech G A50 X lightspeed, wireless gaming headset is a solid headset.
In the box includes the headset, the base station, and USB cables. The base station is a charging dock, it also allows you to connect your Xbox, PS5 and PC all at once, with a toggle button on the headset that lets you switch between them. It also has a Bluetooth receiver built into it, to connect to mobile phones.

I’m not a huge fan of having to connect my systems to the base station with an HDMI and USB (for each system), as it adds unnecessary cables and clutter. This kind of defeats the purpose of them being wireless, I would have preferred a wireless USB dongle, or the Bluetooth receiver built into the headset, instead of having to use the dock.
The A50 X Headset has excellent build quality, plus its incredibly comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The soft cushion pads on each ear, are both comfortable and provides air passage so your ears don’t get too sweaty. Each ear cushion can both be removed as they’re just attached magnetically. This makes it very convenient when they get worn out and you need to swap them out for new ones. There is also another cushion that rests on top of your head to provide extra cushion and support. The flexible mic that’s attached to the left ear, has an auto flip up to mute feature, it also boasts 48khz studio quality sound, there is also independent game and chat volume controls directly on the right ear.
When it comes to sound quality, the A50 X don’t disappoint. The Pro-G Graphene Audio drivers delivers both excellent sound quality and smooth bass. The headset is Dolby Atmos compatible, as well as Windows Spatial Audio, and Sony 3D audio. I connected the headset to my PC, and I downloaded the Dolby Atmos app on Windows. Right away, the program automatically detected my headset with no need to download or install drivers. The app has built-in demos, to be able to get a good sense of what Atmos sounds like, and the results were very impressive…It sounded like audio was coming in all directions around me, not to mention the clarity of the sound. I connected them to my PS5 next, and after a few adjustments in the settings, I was able to test out Sony’s 3D audio. While this sounded very clear and the 3d audio effects worked, I noticed that the Dolby Atmos sounded much better and had a much broader sound field, so I decided to switch the settings to Dolby Atmos.
Overall, I am very impressed with the Logitech G A50 X Lightspeed headset. The headset is incredibly comfortable to wear, and it has a good build quality. The sound quality is top notch when it comes to gaming headsets, the virtual surround sound effects are incredible, and the sound is crystal clear. My only complaint would have to be the Base Station and having to connect it with so many cables. Other than that, I would definitely recommend these to any gamer looking for a good quality headset.

The travel charger comes with a USB-C to USB-B adapter for older apple watch chargers that don’t have USB-C ends, as well as older iPhone cables that don’t have the USB-C ends - making them usable with this charger. There is also a USB-C cable that plugs one end into the charger, and the other goes into the power supply. Lastly, there is the actual charger. The charger is nicely designed, it’s made up of a sturdy rubber coated plastic, with a rubber elastic that acts as a hinge so you can fold the charger in half, as well as one on the front to secure it closed. The charger does not come with the Apple watch charger, or a power supply, so you will need to have one or purchase one separately.
As far as portability, the 2 – in – 1 charger is fantastic. Its easy to carry around due to the way everything collapses and folds in half. There are 2 squares, one square has the wireless charger built in, and the other is for the apple watch. The square that holds the watch charger has a stand that pops out where the watch rests to charge, there is also an opening to wrap the entire charging cord around to make it as cord free as possible. The Belkin Connect 5 – in – 1 Core hub is a fantastic hub that offers everything you would expect in a modern hub.
The first thing I noticed about the Belkin hub, is how sturdy and well made it is. The second thing I noticed is how big the power cord is…almost bigger than the actual hub itself. The Hub has a sleek design with a low profile, which sits flat on the desk. The hub has 2 ports on the front – a thunderbolt 4 port, and a USB 3.2 port. There is also a small LED light that turns green when it’s powered on and in use. The back of the hub has the power connector, as well as 3 more thunderbolt 4 connectors. The hub not only offers fast transfer speeds of up to 40gbps, but it also acts as a power supply for your PC or Mac as well. I plugged my hub into my MacBook pro and I was surprised that it charged my laptop from 80 to full power in under 30 mins.
I wanted to test the transfer speeds of the hub’s thunderbolt 4 ports to see how fast they are, and to my surprise, I received incredibly fast transfer speeds. I have large file sizes of 4k video on my SSD’s and it was nice to see them transfer to my laptop in under a min. The hub is able to connect 2 – 4k display at 60hz, or a single 8k display at 30hz. The addition of the USB 3.2 port is great, as I still use last gen USB ports, mainly for my portable HDD’s or a USB receiver for a mouse/keyboard combo.

The dream of many aspiring DJs has long been rooted in the past, in the days of spinning vinyl records and creatively transitioning between tracks to add a little of the DJ’s own distinct flavor to the mix. Turntablism and vinyl are synonymous with those early days of Djing, and the innovators of the art used these tools to create a lasting image of DJs as taste-making, music-manipulating icons. The Impulse T7 is a greet setup that offers the ability to mix with working moving platters, yet it’s all digital.
The T7 has many features built into it that is controlled through either 2 programs: DJuiced or Sarato DJ Lite. While both programs offer different features, they essentially function the same way. Along with the main unit, the T7 comes with 2 – slipmats and 2 – 7” vinyl records, a power cord and a USB-A cable. The T7 has 2 moving platters without the need for the arms or needles. The way this works is when you play a song, the master drive automatically starts spinning acting as if you’re playing a vinyl record. These function the exact same way as normal turn tables, you can scratch, rewind, fast forward all by spinning the vinyl and it works flawlessly. The T7 also has 4 kickstands that fold out and act as feet for raising the unit. This is great for connecting cables as well as giving you better reach.
Setting up the T7 is very easy, you plug it in to your Mac or PC, download the software, then download the free programs. I mainly used DJuiced because I liked the layout and the design better. Even if you’re an expert, I recommend reading the manual that you can download, as it offers some very useful tips on how to use all the features. Some of my favorite features that the T7 has is the ability to turn off the vocals and hear just the music, or you can turn off the music and hear just the vocals. This is really useful when remixing songs. The rotating platters are very impressive as well, I love how you can use any 7” vinyl record to put on there and it doesn’t have to be the ones that came with the unit. You also have the ability to customize the pads, you can make loops or customize effects. On top of that, you can import your iTunes or any MP3 file you already have and play it in DJuiced and mix it. This may seem a little overwhelming, but it’s actually very easy to use.
Overall, I love the Impulse T7. This is truly a fully controllable DJ set up that offers everything a DJ would need. The moving platters are really impressive, you wouldn’t even know that these aren’t playing a record, the way they control and respond so flawlessly. The number of effects and customizing you can do is really impressive, and you have so much control over how you can mix and DJ. There is also an option to upgrade the fader section in case you want other options. The 2 software options are very easy to use, but hard to master because there is so much to offer in the programs. Whether you’re just starting out, or you’ve been dJaying for a long time – the T7 is definitely a great option and it makes djaying so much fun.

The Canon EOS R100 is smaller than most DSLR cameras, but don’t be fooled by its size as this is a powerful little camera.
The R100 doesn’t come with a lot of accessories, it has the base camera, the lens, battery/charger, and a shoulder strap. You will need to buy your own memory card. I used a Samsung micro SDXC 128gb class 10, I just put it in an adapter and the camera took it with no problem. The camera does have built-in WiFi and Bluetooth so you can use your smartphone as a remote and/ transfer your pictures to your phone wirelessly, but it does take a minute if you have long videos. In that case I recommend using a USB-C cable to transfer to your computer using the free software that can be downloaded.
The R100 comes with a 24.1-megapixel CMOS sensor, that can also shoot video in up to 4k 24fps. The camera many different styles to shoot with, along with plenty of effects built right into it. There is a built-in flash that works well with pictures, but I was disappointed that learn that it doesn’t work while shooting video. But the camera does have a place for a shoehorn adapter to place your own light on top of it.
The R100 does take beautiful pictures. I took the camera up to the mountains and shot some great scenery pics, and they turned out amazing. I then took some portrait shots, and the way the camera blurs the background is much better than my phone ever did. Next, I tried taking pictures in low light and this is where the camera falls behind…Even with the built-in flash, the pictures didn’t seem to capture the area very well. The shadows were overpowering the shot, making the subject look dull. I tried the HDR shot where it takes multiple images in a row, then analyses the picture. This took a lot longer than I thought, and the results weren’t that much better than a standard picture. The only thing that it seemed to do, was just brighten up the whole picture.
The next thing I tried was the video. As my daughter started to crawl for the very first time luckily, I had this camera in my hand and was able to capture the moment. The video turned out good. The camera even picked up the audio very well with the built-in mic. The one thing I think could be better is, the camera shake, or lack thereof. I noticed that my footage was a little shaky and that is due to the poor image stabilizer.
One thing that really impressed me about the R100, is the viewfinder. Aside from the LCD screen on the back of the camera, you also have the option to use the viewfinder. The viewfinder has a beautiful OLED screen that looks very sharp and crystal clear. There is also a sensor that can detect when you put it up to your eye, this automatically turns off the screen and switches to the viewfinder instantaneously.
Overall, I think the Canon R100 is a fantastic camera. It takes beautiful pictures that are both crystal clear and colorful. This is great option if you’re looking to step up to a DSLR camera.

The iRobot Roomba i5 has some benefits, but it also has many flaws.
The Roomba i5 is both a vacuum and a mop all in one. To my surprise the i5 only has one spinning brush on its side, yet there is an empty hole on the other side where another brush should be. I’m not sure why this is…The box also includes a water tank attachment for the mop, a microfiber mop cloth, an extra filter, and a plate for the i5 to dock on. To get started, you have to install the iRobot app. Through the app is where you control everything, such as setting cleaning timers, selecting areas to clean etc...
Setting up the i5 is very simple, the iRobot app walks you through the setup process, making it easy for anyone to understand. The first time the i5 runs, it has to map out your floor. I didn’t want the vacuum to go into every room, so I closed a few doors in the house. The mapping process is accurate, but it did have some hick ups along the way. For one, it kept trying to go under one of my recliners only to keep getting stuck. Then there were a few times that it didn’t realize there was a wall in front of it and kept trying to go through it (this was both disappointing and hilarious at the same time). After it was done mapping out my home, the results were pretty accurate.
With my home mapped out, I was able to run my first cleaning. The i5 didn’t seem to learn from the first time and got stuck under my recliner again, even after having to push it out, it kept trying to go under it again…It took the robot 40 minutes to clean a 271sq ft area.
So, my results are in…While it did clean my floor pretty good, it took a long time. And if I wasn’t in the room, it would still be stuck under my recliner until the battery died. Another issue I have is there is no sensor to tell the vacuum when the trash bin is full, it just keeps trying to vacuum not really collecting anything. The mop feature doesn’t clean the floor that well, as it’s just a microfiber cloth and water that brushes the floor. Unfortunately, this won't replace my mop.
Overall, I think robot vacuums have come a long way since they first came out. The mapping software is surprisingly accurate, and the cleaning ability is great even if it does take a long time…But I think they still have a long way to go. I’m shocked that my i5 kept trying to go under a chair, in the same spot that it would keep getting stuck under. I also am surprised that there is no sensor that tells it when the trash bin is full. With that being said, it does do the job it was made to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the Logitech - Combo Touch iPad Pro 11" (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Generation) Keyboard Case, Backlit Keyboard, Trackpad - Oxford Gray work on the iPad Air 4th generation? I know they can use the same Apple Magic keyboard.
I don’t believe it will. The dimensions of the iPads are different, I believe the air is a little bit smaller than the Pro.

No, there are no built in speakers, but there is a headphone jack built in. You can use the headphone jack to plug your speakers into it.

The usb dock on my current printer only allows me to view/print jpeg and tiff files. Does this printer allow for pdf files to be printed from the usb dock?
There isn't a USB dock on this printer. The USB port is for a printer cable only. You can send PDF files to the printer wirelessly to print from the HP Smart software though.
