The Oura ring is a good idea with plenty of features, but it’s hindered by the subscription.
If you’re new to the Oura ring experience, then the company sends you a ring sizing kit to wear. The sizing kit includes an assortment of plastic rings. The goal is to find your perfect fit, to do this you are encouraged to wear the size ring for up to 24 hours. Once you select your size, then you register it to your account and the company mails you the selected size. I was very pleased with how fast the whole process worked and I’m glad they send you the kit, because I never would have picked the right size.
The Oura ring is a lot lighter than I expected it to be, and wearing it took some getting used to. I will say, the ring has an impressive battery life. It lasts up to 7 days of constant use, then you place it on the included charger, and it charges back up in no time. The first time you put the ring on you have to activate it through the Oura app. This is right about the time I find out that the ring requires a monthly subscription to be able to use many of the features. While you can use the ring without a paid subscription, the features that are available are pretty much useless. It gives you 3 scores and with little to no explanation - those numbers mean nothing. The app does offer a free trial to first time users, so I was able to see all the benefits that the ring has to offer.
The Oura ring is able to monitor many different things about your body and health, and it does so with the sensors on the inside of the ring. It can check your resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and body temperature. The biggest feature that sets this apart from other devices, is the ability to detect when you actually fall asleep. It also detects how long you slept for, how your breathing was throughout the night, how long you were in each cycle of sleep ie. REM, light and deep sleep. The app also gives you detailed graphs making it easy to understand everything, you’re also able to compare each day.
The ring also tracks your activity throughout the day with a steps tracker and daily movement. It’s able to calculate how many calories you burn and can send you warnings of when to meet your goals. The results can all be found in the app under the activity category, which has the same detailed graphs as the other categories.
Overall, I like the features that the Oura ring has to offer, but I don’t like that the company charges you a monthly subscription to be able to see those features. I especially don’t like the way the company goes about the subscription, it should be advertised and made perfectly clear right up front that you will need a subscription in order to get any benefit out of this ring. Instead, I didn’t find out until after the sizing process, and after I received the actual ring and went to activate it through the app. And for that reason, I would not recommend this to anyone.

The Ecovacs Deebot T9+ is a powerful bot vacuum/mop, but it does have some flaws.
When unboxing the unit, it can be very intimidating given how many components are inside the box. Luckily, the detailed instructions are easy to follow making the setup process a sinch. The Deebot does come with 2 vacuum bags for the auto empty tank, a scented air freshener for the botvac, and 5 mop pads. The base station otherwise known as the auto empty station, is where the botvac rests, charges, and auto empties the botvac.
Before you can begin cleaning, you must let the Deebot map out your floor and to do that you need the Ecovacs Home app. On my first attempt, my Deebot got stuck between a chair and the wall and no matter how many times I moved it, it would keep trying to go to over that same spot. Luckily, there’s an option to mark off areas in your home that you don’t want the Deebot to go over, but I had to restart the mapping process for it to take effect. The one thing that the Deebot fails to do is detect decorative rugs (in vacuum mode) …My Deebot spent 20 mins going over the rug in the same spot. Other than the rug and a few bookshelves, it did manage to give me a detailed floor plan that was pretty spot on. A nice feature about the app, is that it lets you switch to a 3D model which gives a nice 3D aspect to your home’s floorplan. I was really impressed how it was able to detect tables, chairs and couches. The app also lets you add furniture and place it in specific locations of your house, but once again, there is no option to add a rug.
The T9+ has both a vacuum and a mop. To use the Mop, you have to insert the water compartment with the microfiber cloth attached to the bottom. The mop works a little different from the vacuum as it can’t go over carpet, which it can auto detect. The Deebot does a fantastic job at auto detecting carpets when mopping. It has 2 levels of cleaning quick scrubbing and deep scrubbing. I tried the quick scrubbing, and it did a decent job of cleaning the entire floor on a single cloth.
There are a few things that I would like to see improved, such as the ability to detect decorating floor rugs in vacuum mode. I also found that the Deebot tends to go over the same spot multiple times almost like a glitch. lastly, I would like the Deebot to empty the trash more often while cleaning, instead of waiting until the entire floor is finished. This causes the trash compartment to build up and get clogged because it becomes so compacted which resulted in me having to take it apart and clean it all out by hand.
Overall, I do like the Deebot T9+. I think it’s a solid robot vacuum/mop. The amount of features the T9+ has is incredible, the app is easy to use and understand, plus the 3D map makes it way more comprehendible. Mostly, the Deebot is easy to operate and makes cleaning and mopping easy to accomplish. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new botvac/mop.

This is a nice-looking band and is made up of good quality, I just wish it was made with magnets instead of Velcro.
The watch band is made up of 3 materials, the main material is a navy-blue nylon. The nylon feels great against my skin, it stretches so it never feels too tight against my wrist. The second material is the stainless-steel connectors at the ends of the band, as well as the loop. The stainless steel looks very elegant and matches the apple watch ultra’s color perfectly. The third and final material is the Velcro at the end of the strap. There are three small pads of Velcro that latches the strap securely.
The nylon band is made for the Apple watch ultra, but it does work with almost every other Apple watch model. The reason this was made for the ultra, is because the way the steel ends are shaped - they are shaped to match the design of the watch ultra. The band is very light and feels great around my wrist, I am able to wear the watch all day and my wrist never gets irritated.
Although, the watch has many great features, there are a couple drawbacks to it. The first being the Velcro. While the Velcro does create a strong and secure latch, it does have a limited life span. It has already created fraying where it connects to the band, and there’s only so many times you can connect it, before the there are no more loops to latch. It also has a habit of collecting things like hair, string, dust bunnies etc. The second thing is the nylon itself. It is a great material, and it does feel good, just as long as you don’t get it wet. The nylon takes a while to dry, and it could leave your skin irritated and sore if left on there. But this can be easily avoided.
Overall, I like the Platinum watch band. It is made of great quality, fits comfortably, and looks nice. The downside is the Velcro, it is already created fraying on my band, and it collects unwanted things like hair and string. I would have rather them made the band magnetic for an overall better product. Other than that, I do like it and I would recommend it.

My wife tested the Elvie Stride Plus and she absolutely loved it. She was very impressed with not only the quality and performance of the pump but also with how many accessories that were included in the box.
The greatest benefit she saw with the Stride plus is that it comes with a lot of accessories including: a carrying bag, a wet bag, a cool bag to store the milk, 2 spare valves, and 4 breast shields. The breast shields include 2 different sizes 21mm and 24mm. The hub can be strapped to her waist, or it can be hung around her neck with the included strap. She loved the ability to have the option to pump out of one breast, or both it was just a simple adjustment to close off one of the tubes to the pump.
My wife isn’t very tech savvy, so she valued the simplicity of the setup process. Within the box came a very well written manual. The app and all of the tutorials she could access, were of great benefit to her. She is someone that learns by doing and to be able to have very detailed videos gave her great confidence in getting started with the pump on her own. Through the app is where you can control the stride plus, such as starting pump sessions, setting timers and changing the intensity of the suction. The app is very informative and has many useful tips on how to achieve better pumping results. One of her favorite features of the app was the ability to log how much she had been able to pump in each session. She loves the ability to track her milk production outcomes.
The Elvie Stride is very comfortable and convenient. Being hands free, gives her the flexibility to be able to move from any activity or room while getting her pump on. She really took advantage of this convenience to pump while at home doing different household activities as well being out in public. The breast shields are extremely comfortable, it fits both breasts easily even though they are different sizes. Everything is made of great quality, from the Hub to the breast shields, they are built to last.
The only thing she could see could use room for improvement was the battery life. She has been able to get a solid one day of pumping (about 4 power pump sessions worth) on a single charge. She would like to see the battery life minimally go at least two days’ worth on a single charge. It was very helpful for her to see how low the unit’s battery life was at the time she would go to pump.
Overall, my wife was very impressed with the Elvie Stride Plus. She thinks this is an incredible breast pump. It’s very easy to operate and offers plenty of accessories. Everything is built of great quality, and the unit is really comfortable to wear. The best part, is the hands free, having the flexibility to move around while pumping is so convenient. She would highly recommend this to any new mother looking for a good quality breast pump.

The Insignia phone case for the iPhone 14 pro max is well made. The one I have is clear with green leaves on the back of it. The design is gorgeous, the leaves have a nice oil painting look to them and the really stand out. Other than the leaves, everything else is clear which allows the iPhone’s original color to shine through it so you can actually get to see the color of the iPhone you chose. The case is very comfortable to hold, and the buttons are easy to press. The case also has a bumper that wraps around the iPhone's cameras, so it can protect them when placing it on flat surfaces. The box states that the case can protect it from up to an 8ft drop, but for obvious reasons, I’m not going to be the one to test this theory out.
Overall, the Insignia case is a great option for my new iPhone 14 pro max. It looks very classy, the leaves look like they were hand painted on instead of a printed graphic. The case is durable, and the buttons are easy to press. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new iPhone case.

The Martin Logan Motion XT F200 Speakers are among some of the finest speakers made to date. Everything about the speakers scream high end; from the design all the way down to the sound and performance, the F200’s do not disappoint.
Each speaker comes with an accessory box which includes, 4 adjustable feet with 2 different standing options; rubber feet for hard surfaces or pointed for carpet. The metal feet help to stabilize the speakers and let them deliver amazing sound without causing vibration and/ distortion. You can also adjust each individual one to achieve an even elevation with just the turn of the foot, and they’re incredibly functional.
The F200’s are big speakers, and they look beautiful. Standing over 4 feet tall and over a foot wide, they definitely leave an impression in your room. The front of the speaker is made of a black matte finish, and on the sides and back of the speaker is a gloss black finish. The speakers have a Gen 2 folded motion tweeter that delivers crystal clear sound along with a Nomex reinforced Kevlar midrange speaker and 3 – 8” aluminum bass drivers. On the bottom of each speaker, there are downward-firing ports for clear and heavy bass. The speakers have the option to both be bridged and include 2 jumper plates on each speaker. The speakers are compatible with 4, 6 or 8ohm output, so I connected them to my Sonos Amp which supplies enough power to each.
I have to admit, I am a big fan of Martin Logan speakers, I have always found that they deliver amazing quality sound and performance, and the F200’s are no exception. The new Gen 2 Folded motion tweeter combined with the Kevlar midrange - provides such an amazing level of clarity and detail. When listening to music, each note is perfectly distinguishable, and I’m able to hear every detail like never before. Combined with the triple 8” bass drivers, these speakers are able to deliver such a wide range of sound. The bass is what you would come to expect from Martin Logan, its incredibly powerful, yet super smooth. It’s easy to tell these speakers are finely tuned, the bass doesn’t overpower the music or vocals, it works in perfect harmony.
The F200’s perform just as well when watching TV or movies. The clarity of people’s voices sounded so clear, that it sounds like they were standing right in front of me. With the powerful bass, actions scenes came to life, and I was able to feel every explosion. It’s so comforting to know that I can finally start watching movies and shows without having to use the subtitles anymore.
Overall, with the new Motion XT F200 speakers Martin Logan has raised the bar for what tower speakers should sound like. These speakers are incredible both inside and out. They have such a wide range of sound from highs to lows. The new Gen 2 Folded motion tweeter combined with the Kevlar midrange makes everything sound so crystal clear and detailed. The triple 8” drivers provide incredibly powerful, yet smooth bass. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for new speakers.

The Philips Norelco Multigroom 5000 is a decent electric trimmer that includes plenty of different attachments. Not only does it cut your beard, but it’s also made to cut your head and body hair as well.
The box includes the trimmer 5000, a USB proprietary charging cable, a carrying pouch, and 15 different attachments. Aside from the standard cutting blades there is also a nose trimmer, an eyebrow trimmer, and a larger blade trimmer for trimming your head. I am a little disappointed that the box doesn’t include the power block, but luckily, I have a few extra laying around. It would have also been nice if there was a stand for the trimmer instead of just a carrying pouch.
The first thing I had to do was charge the trimmer as it was completely dead out of the box. This was actually pretty nice because it gave me a chance to see how long a full charge takes right away. I am happy to say that the 70min charge time is accurate. And with a 5 min quick charge for about 10-15min. This is incredibly useful because I can’t tell you how many times my old trimmer was dead when I went to use it and it would take forever to charge it.
After the trimmer was fully charged, I tried it out on my facial hair first…The results are fantastic. I have very thick hair and this trimmer was able to cut through it like butter. I especially like the attachment with 5 different lengths built in, it was able to make a clean and even cut throughout my entire beard. It’s also nice that the entire trimmer is washable, so cleaning is a sinch. The only part that I found a little odd, is the nose trimmer doesn’t come apart to clean it out. Seems to me a lot of dirt and hair can get trapped inside the nozzle, even after washing it. Next, I decided to trim my head, I switched to the wider blades and tried it out. I was met with the same results; my cut was even and smooth. And with the handy battery indicator, I was able to know how low my battery was left with the color indicator. My final results, I ended up with a clean fade.
Overall, I am impressed with the Multigroom 5000. I love how well the grip stays firm in my hand, and the fast charging is a huge benefit. It has more than enough attachments for me, and it cuts through my hair smooth with no snags. It would have been nice if it came with a stand, but at least it does come with a carrying pouch. What I think Phillips needs to include is the power brick for obvious reasons. Other than that, this is a solid trimmer, and I would definitely recommend it.

The HP Smart Tank 5101 printer is a great value that offers decent prints.
Inside the box you get the printer, a 2-year supply of ink, and the power cord. The printer can be set up with the computer software, or the mobile app. Installing and setting up the printer is pretty simple, HP does provide detailed instructions on how to install the ink and turn on the printer, after that you are directed to either the computer software, or the mobile app. The printer does have a tiny display on the top of it, but I found it kind of useless seeing how it should’ve been located on the front of the printer. There are also physical buttons to press on the printer, like color copy, or black and white copy, also a very useful card copy button that take a scan of both the front and back of a card and adds it to one sheet.

The printer is a wireless printer, which means most of the features you will find are going to be in the HP app. The app can be controlled from a phone or computer. In the app you will be able to fine tune settings like borderless printing, adjust scan options and make changes to scans, and also update the printer’s software. The printer can print 12 pages per minutes in black, and it prints 5 pages per minute in color. It also doesn’t make a lot of noise when printing, but if you find that it’s too loud, there is a quiet print option found in setting on the app. I printed a couple of just black pages to test how well typing looks and it came out crystal clear and very eligible. Next, I tested out a few colored prints with some different pictures and the results were great, the colors came out very vibrant and vivid, yet they were also very clear.
Overall, I am very happy with the HP Smart Tank 5101. It has everything I need to get the printing job done. It doesn’t over complicate things by adding a bunch of features that no one ever needs, and its easy to operate. But the best feature by far is the 2-year ink tanks. This saves so much money and time in the need to replace ink and its very convenient. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new printer.

Good entry level soundbar

The Samsung B450 2.1ch soundbar is a good budget soundbar. The B450 is as standard as any soundbar can get, but what it lacks in the number of speakers, it makes up for in features. It has 2 channel speakers in the soundbar itself, plus a wireless subwoofer. Surprisingly, there are only 2 options for connecting the soundbar to your TV…Either via the included optical cable, or Bluetooth. Sadly, this soundbar does not offer HDMI. On the plus side, the soundbar can be mounted and does include mounting brackets.
The B450 looks nice, it reminds me of a brushed steel look. The front of the soundbar has a small LCD display that is easy to see even behind the grill. The included remote is one of the nicest remotes Samsung has made in a while. The soundbar features the latest version of Bluetooth and works flawlessly. The B450 also features some nice sound modes that can really enhance your listening experience. Such as the bass boost, voice enhance, night mode, and adaptive sound. The adaptive sound changes the sound mode to match the content you’re watching, for example action movies, games etc.
Once I connected the soundbar, I tried out various things. First, I wanted to test out how music sounds, so I connected it to my iPhone via bluetooth…The sound quality is a lot better than I expected to get. There is a decent range of audio from all sound fields. The highs were bright and mids were distinguishable, but the bass was rather lacking. Next, I wanted to test out how well movies sound, this is where the soundbar started to shine. The voice enhance really works well with raising the vocal levels - making it much easier to hear spoken words. The surround sound effect was actually pretty impressive, and the bass was pretty good with explosions. The one problem that I have, and this happens with every Samsung soundbar that I have used, the vol level is inconsistent. Meaning, the volume gets higher and lower sporadically.
Overall, the Samsung B450 is a great entry level soundbar. It has a wide range of audio levels from lows to highs and the wireless subwoofer packs a decent punch for added bass. The downsides are; no HDMI connection, and over time the vol levels get a little wonky. All in all, this is solid soundbar.

The DJI Mini 3 Fly more combo is a perfect choice for someone looking to get into flying drones. The fly more combo pack is essential when buying the Mini 3 as it comes with a very nice carrying case, 12 replacement blades, 3 batteries plus a charging dock. The pack also comes with the DJI RC remote controller with a beautiful 6” touchscreen, and of course the drone mini 3 itself.
The first thing I’m going to talk about is the RC remote. This is a very well-designed remote with many features, and a great build quality. The two metal joysticks, unscrew and can be stored on the back of the remote for easy storage. The joysticks are easy to control, due to the rivets on top – they are easy to maintain a solid grip the whole time. The remote has the DJI fly app built-in, so you won’t need to use your phone. With the Fly app you are able to download offline maps directly to your remote, you can access no fly zones, update GPS landing locations, you can also customize the buttons on the remote to your choosing. The remote sends a video signal from the drone to the screen so you’re able to see where you’re flying in real time. The video quality is very sharp, and I never experienced any lag or video disruption at all. Fly the drone with the remote is a dream, it controls very well, it incredibly responsive and feels great.
As for the drone, it performs great. There are plenty of features that the mini 3 offer that makes it easy for anyone to fly. The drone has auto takeoff, as well as auto landing so you won’t need to worry about crashing on a land. The drone is equipped with an infrared sensing system and a downward vision system, this allows the drone to be able to hover stably. The RTH (return to home) feature lets the drone automatically return to the marked GPS signal where it took off. This acts as a failsafe in case the battery gets to low or the signal gets lost, thankfully I haven’t had the need to use this one yet. As for the camera on the drone, it is indeed very impressive. The stability is absolutely incredible, even at fast flying speeds the camera has zero shake and maintains a perfect centered shot. The camera can shoot up to 4K at 30 fps, with HDR. The footage looks great, it’s very crisp and sharp, I only have one complaint, the motion is choppy when shooting fast movements and this is at 4k 30fps. Still images look amazing, plus you can shoot in both vertical and horizontal with just the push of a button. The camera can be zoomed 4x with greatly detailed shots.
The battery life on one standard battery is about 36min, of course this varies on how you use the drone. I found that the average fly time was around 30 mins for me on a single charge. This is where the extra 2 batteries really come in handy. The batteries run out a lot faster than you realize and having backups with you will save your day. With included battery dock, not only can it hold all three batteries, but it also lets you charge your remote incase that runs low on battery.
Overall, the DJI mini 3 is a great drone that offers a lot of features. It truly is a blast to fly. With all the built-in safety features, it takes away a lot of stress and worries one would get about crashing. The combo pack is essential for this drone, as the carrying case and the batteries are definitely needed. The camera quality is nice, especially when taking still. And the RC remote makes flying feel comfortable a enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new drone.

You don't have to have the water hose connected in order to use the electric toothbrush. It also works as a standalone electric toothbrush.

As far as pc compatibility. Is it wired only or Bluetooth? also can I run 2 of them on my PC at once. Like for co op emulators and 2 player games
The controller is wired only. I'm not sure about 2 running at the same time though.

I recently bought a HP All In One Computer. I was interested in getting another monitor to set up a dual screen display. Would this HP Monitor work with the All In One I already bought? Thanks!
If your all-in-one supports it, then yes it will work. You would just plug in with an HDMI cable, then configure the display settings in windows.
