In order to watch Dolby Vision (DV) content you must have a provider (for example Netflix) that broadcasts in DV, a DV compatible device (in this case your Apple TV) and a DV compatible TV. Check the settings on the Apple TV (Video & Audio>Format>4K Dolby Vision) and the TV's video settings to make sure they are set for DV. Bear in mind that not all programs will be broadcast in DV. Once the settings are set correctly and a DV movie is being shown, you should see a DV logo on the screen for a few seconds.
All lengths of all AudioQuest HDMI cables are fully compatible with 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision and HDCP 2.2, but if you still cannot get a DV signal, it may also be that your receiver is not capable of passing through a DV signal. To confirm, try connecting the Apple TV directly to the TV.
