will this work with my navigators, navigation as well as the dvd player and include a back up camera

The radio does not come with a backup camera, this is purchased separately. As for checking to see if it will work with your navigators you did not provide a model vehcile or year you have. Please consult with your nearest Best Buy installer to check into your vehicle and compatibility.

Will this unit work in a 2010 Camaro SS? I clicked to view the receiver and then typed in the vehicle it would go in, the site here said it will work, however a rep at the store said it would not.

Can you view the screen with a convertible top down or does the glare interfere with being able to see screen clearly and reading prompts? 2006 Nissan 350Z roadster

If this is going into a convertible then chances are that the sun will cause a glare not letting you see the screen. The screen of the radio is the same concept as your phone screen. If your out in the sun glare wont let you see the screen. You can check into anti glare screens to see which ones work best with aftermarket radios.
