can you use an external microphone

This model radio comes already with an external microphone. This will be need to use the Bluetooth feature on it.

Specifications say it has a Built-In Microphone-Yes. Is this correct? I don't want to use an external microphone. Will the OEM microphone work if I add the iDatalink Maestro RR Interface Module?

The radio has its own external microphone that is used for Bluetooth calls or using calls for Android Auto or Carplay. To see if the iDatalink would integrate your OEM mic please call them directly. They have their own customer service line to answer that question. You can also see if our Best Buy installation team maybe able to answer that by calling them directly.

Will this radio work with the steering wheel controls and with the factory back up camera in a 2018 Explorer

When it comes to steering wheel controls just make sure to get the right steering wheel adapter. If by chance there is a harness kit or adapter needed to integrate your back up camera our Best Buy installation team will be able to let you know by calling them directly. They will also let you know which steering wheel adapter you need.

How do i turn my front and back sperkter

does someone know if this supports the sirius extra channels (300-400)

The adapter used with this radio for Siriusxm is the SXV300. You can call Siriusxm direclty to see what channels you are able to subscribe to. The subscription is done with them.
