trying to pair it with my LENOVO laptop W7, I can see the headphones but it will not connect? do I need a driver update? where can I find it? looked on the web with no success,

Hi, I happen to have a Lenovo P50, so I tested this. I had the same problem. I found an update using the "Lenovo Update and Drivers" utility in my control panel. I installed the update. It worked, but the sound was cutting out. So, I removed the JVC headphone, and reinstalled it. Installing it after updating the driver seemed to make a difference. It worked. Please try this. I hope it works for you too.

Bought these headphones back in January (of 2017). Now the unit won't turn on at all. Can't find any warranty information from BestBuy.com or JVC.com. Is 5 months still returnable? Otherwise, these wireless headphones don't last long...

When I hold the ON button down, it turns on with a blue light, then blinks red to blue over and over and over until I turn it back off. While it's on and blinking, it doesn't connect. How can I fix this?

The first time you use the headphone, you need to pair it. That's the red/blue blinking mode. After that, please only hold the button down until the light first comes on. Then you will get sound. If you continue to hold it down and it starts blinking red/blue, then it is in pairing mode again, and will not connect normally.

Are these earbuds good for adults who have very small ears?

They should be pretty good. They come with two sizes of tips: small & medium. They are memory foam so they conform to many different ear shapes. You can even roll the tips with your fingers, which will temporarily reduce the size of the tip, then as you put them in your ear, the memory foam will expand for a proper fit.

Can I wear these in the shower or does say sweat proof but are they also water resistant to the point where I could wear them in the shower?

Can I use them with a macbookpro and iPad mini? Are they comfortable? I have one non blue tooth wired pair which has a soft bubble over the ear part- I can only use these due to pain.

They will work with any Bluetooth device. The nozzle tip earpieces are very soft and there are two sizes in the package so you can customize the fit.

how do i program my earphones

I am assuming you want to pair your headphones with your Bluetooth device. Hold down the power button on the headphone until the LED indicator blinks red/blue very fast back & forth. This puts the headphone into pairing mode. Then, simply find the JVC headphones on your Bluetooth device and pair.

Please refer to the instruction sheet for specifics. The basic idea is you hold down the power button until the LED indicator blinks red/blue repeatedly and very fast. That puts it into pairing mode. Then you find the device the same way you find any other Bluetooth device. I hope this helps.
