Need a CarPlay for a 2005 Lexus gx470? Any ideas?
If your vehicle has GPS navigation radio it will not fit. If by chance it doesn't have navigation then this model radio will fit. This model does offer Carplay.

The radio does offer the Spotify option on it. The radio also has Bluetooth which lets you steam what ever music app you want to listen to.

Does this Bluetooth connect both ways, besides connecting to an iPhone, will it also pair and play through hearing aids, eliminating the need for speaker installation possibly?
The Bluetooth will only receive information from a cell phone, tablet with music, iPod or MP3 player. The radio will NOT connect to hearing aids only a device that has music on it as mentioned.

Does this radio get hd stations? How do presets work with SiriusXM?
This model radio does not have HD Radio. As far as preset on Siriusxm you can store up to 18 stations.

These headphones are not noise canceling however you can see the HA-A50T these are noise canceling.

When will this be available for purchase
The projector was already released however only a few handful were distributed. The projector is available as a presale order and its best if interested to place your order as those are the customers who are getting the projector first. JVC is only releasing a handful of them at a time.
