Does this radio have the steering wheel controls plug in...for the changing of stations on the steering wheel...and Volume.

The radio does have the steering wheel feature however you do need to get the correct steering wheel adapter. To check into this you can contact your local Best Buy installation team to let you know which adapter you need.

What is the preout voltages ? Looking for a head unit that has 5 volt preout

The preoute voltage level on this model is 2 volts. A higher end model like the KW-M865BW has a 5 volt preout level.

is this stereo compatible with idatalink maestro RR and the 2013 ford f150 ecoboost 3.5

Can it handle a 1000 amp and subwoofer

The radio has 3 preout options. The amount of power from amp to the subwoofer is based off that equipment itself. The radio is capable of having an amp/sub connected.
