My headphones connect to my iphone but when i am on the phone the mic from my phone is the one that is one while i can only hear througg the headphones. How do i switch the mic to the headphones so i can talk with them on

You might need to delete the pairing and repair it back up to get it working correctly. If that basic delete and repair doesn't work please contact JVC to help you further troubleshoot.

It says it would work (2012 Honda Accord EX-L without navigation). However does it display the internal temp, outside temp, compass, clock (as currently this is displayed on the OEM - see pic). Also what backup camera would be recommended to use?

When using the USB for Carplay it will also charger your iPhone.

My factory radio is 1.5 din size. This ad says this radio is double din, but the "does it fit" checker on the same page says it fits. How can this be ? (2002 Pontiac Montana)

Looking at the car fit guide the radio does fit your vehicle. As for the installation there is more than likely an installation kit. To help you with this please call your local installation Best Buy installation team.

The Receiver doesn't always open Apple Car Play unless I unplug and plug it back in and often skips when playing music from my iTunes library as well as Spotify. How can I fix this connectivity issue?

Have had an allergic reaction with the “soft rubber” coating on some ear phones and difficulty keeping a pair of earbuds in my ears although the material was okay. Your suggestion?

The question is what type of material are you allergic to? Most ear buds are silicone. If you in general are allergic to that, then maybe you should look into a full covering headphones that have the band.

What is the measurement of the volume knob and how far does it stick out from the radio? The stereo I have in my car now, the volume knob is so close to the receiver I have to use the very ends of my fingertips to get a grasp on it.

I do apologize but we do not have specifications on the knob itself. My best advise is to see if possibly your local Best Buy has it as a floor model to properly check to see if its to your likings.

I am replacing a JVC KD-R670 that is in my tractors cab but doesn't have Bluetooth. Would the this be a direct replacement with the same wires connectors?

The new model which is the KD-T910BTS does not use the same harness at your older 2016 mode KD-R670. If getting the new radio you would need to use the new power harness that comes with that radio.
