Does this cd deck have an option to play youtube music from your iphone into your car?

The radio has Bluetooth as an option and if your phone is paired up you can stream any application.

Will an iPhone work through this radio? And can you charge your phone through the radio?

This model radio isn't compatible via the USB with an iPhone. You want to look at the KD-X370BTS. That model radio will work and charge with an iPhone.
