will this fit into a 2021 Ram 1500 classic (not the newer version ram)?

Is this compatible with android phones. in the specifications it says operating system OS, should I be concerned?

The radio is compatible with Android and iPhones via Bluetooth. As long as your phone has Bluetooth this will pair up just fine.

When mirroring maps on screen can I still listen to music threw bluetooth and or am/fm?

Yes you can use the GPS off your phone and listen to your music.
