I just bought the wireless jvc headphones for zoom meetings. Finally figured out how to connect them in zoom and the sound was so distorted I couldn't understand the speaker. Help!

Please contact JVC's customer care team to help you troubleshoot. There might be a way to reset them.

I have a 1973 Corvette with a Sony EXCD 206 stereo. Talked to a rep yesterday to see if a JVC model KD-T710BT SKU 6395742 would fit in the vette. Unable to answer. Dimension of Sony is w-7 1/8 x h-2 1/8 x d 6 3/8. If I order the JVC is install free?

Are you able to set your own custom background on this radio?

It does not appear that you can change the background image. I would advise to contact JVC's customer care team to verify this. They have more information about the product.

Will this fit a 2003 ford explorer

Yes the radio will fit your vehicle. To check into a harness kit or adapters that is needed for your installation it would be best to consult with our Best Buy installation team. They have access on looking up this information.

With mirroring, would you see google maps on the screen if you were using it for directions?

Anyone else have issues hearing phone calls? We can make calls via both Bluetooth and apple car play, but we cannot hear the person talking on the other end. They can hear us, but we can’t hear them.

With your setup make sure on the installation side if using the RCA preouts for an amp that it is connected to the front preouts. If you are unsure of this consult with an installer or you can call JVC's customer care team to discuss this.

Does this remte work with jvczw-1000w head unit?

Are you referring to the KW-Z1000W? If this is the correct radio then yes that remote is compatible.

It says it is not compatible with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I have the 75th anniversary edition. So i Was wondering if that made a difference. Id really like to switch out for something with apple carplay and a bigger screen.

Is this receiver Sirius ready?

The radio does offer the Siriusxm feature. In order to have this feature on the radio you do need the Siriusxm adapter SXV300. That is the part number needed to have that feature.
