Thank you for your question. The interior dimensions of the DAR044A6MDB are:

Height: 27 inches
Width: 17 inches
Depth: 17 inches

Please note that there is a “Step” at the back in the bottom of the unit which reduces the interior height by 9 inches and the distance from the “Step to the front is reduced by 7 inches. The interior will not allow for a 22.5 inch all keg.

On which side(s) are vents located?

Thank you for your question. The Beverage Center requires 5 inches of space on all sides including the back to ensure proper air flow in order to vent the heat created by the compressor in the back. During the initial cool down the sides of the unit will also become warm.

I am looking at options for my 83 year old mother. She does not have much strength in her hands. Will it be difficult for her to attach and unattach the hose to faucet when using it?

Thank you for your question. There is a faucet adaptor that you would have to attach and then the Quick Connect would snap onto it when you want to use the dishwasher and remove it when you were done. The Quick Connect has a section that you would pull down to attach it to the faucet adaptor and then you would have to pull it down to disconnect when you are done using the dishwasher. As for difficulty, that is very subjective and I cannot really speak to that.

Hello, What are the dimensions at the very bottom of the fridge? From an earlier question I saw 16.5” - 4” which would be 12.5”. Is that correct? And does this apply to the same model, but in silver?

Thank you for your question. The overall interior dimensions for the refrigerator section are 23 inches high by 13 inches deep by 17 inches wide. At the bottom of the refrigerator there is a step where the compressor is located and this section is 7 inches high and 9 inches deep leaving 7 inches between the step and the door area. These dimensions would be the same for the black and silver models.
