How cold will this refrig hold food?

I want to hold sandwiches in the DBC 120 BLS. Will it keep them cold enough?
The temperature range on the DBC120BLS beverage center is 42.8°F ~ 57.2°F. It is not rated as a refrigerator and isn't recommended for long term storage of perishable food.

Can this be built in?

This is not a built-in approved product and requires 2-3 inches of space on the sides and rear of the unit for the compressor to breathe. Please note that "building in" this unit will likely cause the compressor to overheat and not cool properly.

Width of Window

Our window is 15 inches wide. What is the width of the panel that contains the exhaust hose?
It is 17 inches to 80 inches, you will be able to cut the piece to fit the window. Please keep in mind that you will be loosing a few inches if you decide to move it at a later date.
