Will this FoodSaver easily vacuum seal liquid foods such as soups and stews?

While this FoodSaver is capable of sealing liquids, we recommend our customers to pre-freeze their soups and stews before sealing them. Because liquids expand when frozen, sealing one before freezing it first might cause the expanding liquid to breach the integrity of the vacuum seal.

Is this unit like the other 2 I have used over the years and restricted to 11" rolls or can it actually use the 15" rolls. If not, what is the one that uses your 15" x 50' rolls?
