Silly question but can you take still photos that have the same 360 functionality as the video? I would imagine so but just wanted to make sure. How does this compare to the Fly360 4K?

Yes, you can create 360 photos with the GoPro Fusion. You have options to save the image (or just part of the image) as a standard 2D image, or you can save the photo as a 360 interactive image.

Does this work with the new Hero HD (2018)?

The batteries for the HERO4 and the new HERO are different, so the Dual Battery Charger for the HERO4 will not work with the new HERO's batteries. There is a Dual Battery Charger available for the new HERO though. The new HERO uses the same batteries as are used in the HERO5 Black and in the HERO6 Black, so look for the Dual Battery Charger that works with those models.

I bought 1 item I don’t know why the battery it was not working and than I returned that....and taken a new this one. The system was problem again,I’m still cannot charge. Please tell me why

If the same issue happened with two different cameras, you'll want to take a look at how you're charging the camera. It could be an issue with the USB-C cable you're using, but it's probably more likely that the issue is with the charging block or the actual power supply. Try charging the camera by connecting it to your computer. If you have an iPhone, the charging block for the phone will work as well.

Also, it could be that the camera's battery is just very low. In those cases, it can take a while for the camera to have enough stored power to even power the indicator lights. Leave the camera plugged in and charging and see if it is getting power after an hour or so in that case.

Have just the regular black Skeleton case on my hero 5 black. Wind noise is terrible on my motorcycle. Will the super suit fix the wind noise ?

The SuperSuit should eliminate a lot of the wind noise, but it may muffle other sounds as well since it fully encases the camera. You can also try to use the wind feature on the camera to see if another setting may help.

Yes, the HERO5 Black comes with a flat and a curved adhesive mount. A curved mount is usually the best option for mounting to a motorcycle helmet.

The new HERO has many of the same features, including a screen, a replaceable battery, and that it is waterproof to 33 feet without the need for an additional housing. The HERO5 Black and the HERO6 Black do some additional options that the HERO does not have though, including some higher resolutions and frame rates.

This $200 gopro. what gopro is it? 4/5/6?

It's a new GoPro model that's different than the HERO4, HERO5, or HERO6. The form of the camera is similar to the HERO5 Black and the HERO6 Black (and it uses the same batteries and frame as those cameras), but the features of the new HERO are different than the features found on those cameras.

From one review I'm assuming that the camera doesn't record in slow motion. If this is true, can video then be edited to be slow motion in the App? Thanks in Advance

The new HERO can record at 60 frames per second, so you could slow the recording down by 50% and still have a smooth 30 fps video. To do slow motion, you will want to use an editing program on your computer like iMovie or VSDC.

Is the product discontinued? I read same, as one of the user mentioned in one of the FAQ. Planning to buy one from US adn will be taking it to India. We dont have Gopro service centre over here so closest would be singapore to get any replacement

The Karma is still for sale, but we have announced that we will not be making new drones. If you purchase a Karma drone, the GoPro warranty will continue to cover the drone under the same terms that it always has done.
