Will this work with a Philips TV, because I don't use cable or direct TV?

IOGEAR Says: Thank you for choosing IOGEAR . The GSR205 is plug and play as far as the hardware however middleware is required for the card itself. A computer with an operating system is required . Does this device install behind the TV when mounted on a wall so you don't see it?

IOGEAR says: The GWHDKITD is a line of site kit however you should be able to mount this kit behind the TV depending on the distance.
