My waste pipe is about 6 1/2 feet from the bottom where the hose attaches. My old machine I just purchased a longer hose and it had no problem pumping the water into the waste pipe. Will this be a problem with this machine. This is important.

How do i add more water to a load? I ve watched a cycle and clothes are still dry and not moving around. I do load it like it says to...i even tried the deep water wash option and it still doesn't fill up. You can't even see that theres water in it.

lvbarb, the botton freezer is a pull out drawer. We currently do not have an available image of the inside of the freezer.
