Very confusion it states wireless, but do you need wire to connect them why does it have wire connection in the rear both confused ???????????

Hello miphins1, Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room. ~ Samsung Solutions

I use Roku for streaming on my Samsung TV. Will the Roku remote operate the volume on this soundbar?

Hi Tommy, You may be able to adjust the HW-B650 Soundbar volume using the TV’s remote control used for the TV by adjusting the settings within the soundbar. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
1) Turn Off the Soundbar.
2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed.

If available, we recommend using the HDMI connection to your TV. Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. My soundbar connects to the Bluetooth, but no sounds come out when connected with an hdmi cord, which we prefer. Any suggestions?

Which 3.1 soundbar is recommended to work smoothly with my new Neo 85" Samsung TB (QN85D)?

Jim, The HW-B650 will work great with your new 85QN85D TV, however, I recommend either the HW-Q850D or the HW-Q930D which feature Q-Symphony. With Q-Symphony you will get multi-directional sound from both the Soundbar and the TV. The Hw-B650 does not have this feature. ~ Samsung Solutions
