Is it possible to use the woofer and not the speaker instead and is possible to play games on monitor while listen to music and hearing back ground play?

Do both the soundbar and subwoofer connect wirelessly to the tv?

Hello Phil, Yes you can connect the Samsung HW-C445 Soundbar to your TV wirelessly with Bluetooth as long as it is Bluetooth compatible. The subwoofer is wireless to the soundbar but will still need to be plugged into a power source. ~Samsung Solutions

Is this soundbar compatible with Roku remote?

Hi Matt, You may be able to adjust the HW-C445 Soundbar volume using the remote control used by adjusting the settings within the soundbar. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
1) Turn Off the Soundbar.
2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed.

Is this Samsung B series 2.1 ch. DTS Virtual:X Soundbar - Black Model:HW-C445/ZASKU:6598454 compatible with my new 50" Samsung Television Model DU6900F.

Hi Puma! The HW-C445 features two ways to connect to an external device: Digital optical audio, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your TV is compatible with one of these two audio connections, you should have no issue connecting the soundbar to your TV. ~Samsung Solutions

Hi, Can the 700D sound bar be controlled with the remote that comes with a Samsung - 55" Class QN90C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV? Or must you use the remote thaat comes with the sound bar? Thanks

Hi Jim, As long as your soundbar is connected to your TV with either an optical cable or HDMI via ARC, you can control the volume and mute the soundbar using your Samsung TV's remote.

1) Use the TV remote to navigate to Settings, select Sound, and then select Sound Output on your Samsung TV.
2) Select your Samsung soundbar, and then select Close. Now you can use your TV remote to adjust volume and mute the soundbar. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.

By default, Samsung TV remotes should be able to control Samsung soundbars. If it isn't working, be sure the soundbar is powered on, and then press and hold the WOOFER button up until "ON - TV REMOTE" appears on the display (about 5 seconds). Next, you'll need to choose between connecting with an optical cable or an HDMI cable.

For playing games directly from an external drive on your Xbox Series S, you'll need a drive that supports the necessary speed and compatibility. Unfortunately, games optimized for Xbox Series X|S cannot be played directly from a standard external HDD or SSD due to speed limitations. These games need to be stored on the internal SSD or the official Seagate Storage Expansion Card.
