Got the Samsung HW-B650 sound bar and sub for Xmas. Will adding the SWA-9200s kit give me real surround sound? I am using eArc from my Samsung S90D. Disappointed no Atmos or Q-Symphony already. Is there a better bar kit option for me at simular price?

Hello Josspa, I would recommend the 3.1.2 channel HW-QS730D Soundbar. This soundbar features two up-firing speakers delivering a more immersive experience. If you wish to add a more theatrical surround experience it is also compatible with the SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speakers. ~ Samsung Solutions

What STANDS are compatible with these speakers? NOT wall mounts, but STANDS. Vertical metal poles with a base on the floor and a top surface the speakers attach too. I asked this question earlier and the Samsung rep sent a link to Rocketfish wall mounts

Hello miphins1, Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room. ~ Samsung Solutions

Dolby Atmos creates realistic 3D sound by projecting it from all around you, including from above, while DTS Virtual: X expands your listening experience without having to add extra speakers. Boost the bass with a touch of a button. The built-in center speaker delivers enhanced dialogue so you won't miss a word. Experience the intensity of action movies with the powerful bass coming from the included subwoofer. Enjoy optimized audio with enhanced voice clarity on all your favorite video content.

I use Roku for streaming on my Samsung TV. Will the Roku remote operate the volume on this soundbar?

Hi Tommy, You may be able to adjust the HW-B650 Soundbar volume using the TV’s remote control used for the TV by adjusting the settings within the soundbar. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
1) Turn Off the Soundbar.
2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed.
Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars).

What do the four speakers do

Hi Randy, The front Left and Right speakers: These deliver clear and powerful sound for dialogue and most of the action in movies and TV shows.
The Center Speaker: This speaker focuses on dialogue, ensuring that voices are clear and easy to understand.
Subwoofer: The wireless subwoofer enhances the bass, adding depth and richness to the audio, especially for explosions and music.
Together, these speakers provide an immersive audio experience for your home theater setup.

I have a Samsung 65 inch Q80C tv, what is the preferred method to connect the soundbar to the TV. Thank you.

Hi there Sawdust!
If available, we recommend using the HDMI connection to your TV. Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. ARC is the way to go if you want great sound from streaming apps on your TV and a soundbar. ~ Samsung Solutions
