If paired with an HP laptop and call comes in on Samsung phone will it switch. Or do both need to be Samsing?

Will these work with my Samsung A23 and my Lenovo 13th Gen Intel Core i7 laptop?

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro can be paired with your Galaxy A23 as well as your laptop, and you can also connect them to a TV or PC manually. To do this, open the Bluetooth settings on your TV or PC and ensure Bluetooth is enabled; then select "Add Device" and choose "Bluetooth." Next, open the charging case with the earbuds inside (you may need to press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for three seconds). When your earbuds appear on the list of available devices, select them; you may be prompted to connect each earbud individually, so just select "Connect." Once connected, place the Galaxy Buds in your ears to enjoy the sound from videos, music, games, and more. Please note that the location of the Bluetooth settings and the steps to pair a new device may vary depending on your device, so refer to your device's instructions for more details. No, you cannot run the internet through USB on the DU7200 TV. You can connect through Wi-Fi or LAN connection.

If I wanted to upgrade the internal SSD and memory, what would I use?
