Is this product have bloatware from any carrier. For example when phone turns on,does it shows a carrier name or just samsung? Why the promotion says is 6 ram when originally is 8gb of ram plus? Is it a pre-owned/refurbished or brand new close box?

Tv apps randomly close while watching and sometimes won’t open either.

I'm sorry your TV apps are lagging and crashing while in use. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, let's run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

If it is specific apps that keep having the same issue, I recommend deleting and reinstalling the app.

How do I set up favorite channels on tv? Standard network channels. Is there a manual pdf?

You sure can. Keep in mind that additional hardware required will depend on the type of building material such as drywall, concrete, ceramic tile, brick, etc. Be sure to use appropriate wall mounting hardware for the type of wall you have.
