Hi dk - Although The 50" Frame TV doesn’t feature out-of-the-box Vertical/Portrait support, it can be used in Portrait Mode when attached to the Auto Rotating Wall Mount or Stand.

I just bought this machine, it’s my first auto dispense machine and I’m not sure if I’m using it right, I filled it up with soap the first time but when I was ready for a second load it still had a lot of soap left from the previous load, is this right?

Yes, you can also use a hot detergent solution to clean the filter.

Please see the "Stainless steel baffle filter" section on page 13 of the user's manual for reference and follow the steps.

Is this considered flat black or irregular backed?

Can this set adjust the volume when you change channels? I just bought an Insignia and when you change channels some are so low you can't hear it and on others are so loud it hurts your ears.

Yes, the DU6900 TV offers The Auto Volume function which automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

I have a stereo receive with an optical port. I'm using an HDMI switch to connect the HDMI out on this TV to the HDMI on the switch and then the optical cable to the receiver, but can't seem to make it work. Any connection suggestions?

Hi Pat,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

4) Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.
