can the alexa be disabled on the Q60 Samsung 50"?

Do you have a dual voltage television like110-220 volts? I am planning to send it to the Philippines with which 220 volts is needed.

This Samsung TV model is intended for use in the U.S. and will only support 110-120V.

Manufacturer indicates there are 4 HDMI connections. Are these HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.1 ports, or a mixture?

Some TVs just have it. They make everything look good~even hard stuff like 4K upscaling, weird viewing angles and daytime sports. Among the gifted their talents still shine bright. But when it~s Samsung Neo QLED 4K we~re talking about, there~s no need to be jealous. Because~thanks to its brilliant picture, dynamic audio and stellar design~it~ll make you look good, too.

Why does the remote control to this TV constantly lock up?? The solar function works, it does charge up but the TV will not respond to this remote, no matter how many times I re-pair it with the TV and reset my internet connection. :(

Our TV was delivered on 2/7/2024. Not even a month old. The picture starts rolling rapidly and must be turned off to reset. The is the problem? How is it resolved?

Channels are found with auto scan but are skipped over when thumbing thru the channels. Like 3.1 is there but the 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 6.2, and etc are skiped. Is there a setting to fix this?
