I'm moving overseas. Is this TV dual voltage so that it will still work on 220 volts? I only need it for streaming purposes.

Can I download apps that are not on the tv yet?

does this tv need special wall mounted hardware?

The 75" CU7000 does not come with wall mounting hardware, but it does come with legs that will allow you to place the TV on a stand. If you would like to purchase mounting hardware for your TV, make sure that the VESA pattern of the mount will accommodate at least 400mm x 400mm.

Can I use the built in speaker AND the Bluetooth at the same time?

With Multi-output Audio, you can turn on both the TV speaker and Bluetooth headphones at the same time. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphone higher than the volume of the TV speaker. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio.

How do I turn off voice assistant? When I change volume it tells me volume number. Also when I turn tv off it is very loud.

If your TV is announcing everything you do, Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It’s possible you’ve accidentally turned it on by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.

To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
