When I bluetooth the TV to my hearing aids does the sound still come out of the TV for other people watching?

The remote doesn't work unless I'm standing less than 4ft away from the front of the TV. Batteries replaced and verified good with a voltmeter. What can I do to increase the range.

I recommend ensuring nothing is blocking the IR sensor, which is located below the Samsung Logo at the bottom of your TV.

Is there a difference in the picture quality of the Samsung TU690T 75” and the 70”? Does the flagstaff sore have both available to pick up?

The 70" and 75" TU690T TVs have the same 4K picture quality. According to the Best Buy website, the Flagstaff location does have the 75" TU690T new in box available but does not have any 70". I recommend reaching out to the Flagstaff Best Buy to confirm or placing your order online.

Does direct tv hooks up to it with a box
