I purchased this tv a week ago was working fine until anytime I would play my Xbox on it & it would go black for a few seconds & it would go black for a few seconds while watching Netflix can you help fix this issue?

Hi JV,

When connected to your Xbox, please ensure the TV is on the correct source. Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device.

For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced.

How wide are the legs apart on this model? Can they be put closer together for a small table?

The feet on the 43" CU7000 TV are 33.1" apart. The legs cannot be adjusted.

No, the CU7000 TV does not come with a voice remote. I recommend upgrading to the CU8000 TV, which comes with our built-in voice assistant and a voice remote.
