out of the box , do i need any updated HDMI cables from my Samsung 65 inch TV?

Does this tv allow to hang on wall or standing TV shelf ?

The TU690T comes with removal feet so you can stand it upright on a shelf, or you can use an external mount to display it on your wall.

I don't know if this will fit on top of my daughter's tv stand. box says the TV is 44" wide with stand but will the tv's "feet" fit on a 33" table?

The 50" TU690T feet are 36.8" apart, so it will not fit on a 33" table. I recommend instead the 50" CU8000 TV, whose feet are 30.1" apart.
