Hello does this Samsung - 75" Class TU690T Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TVTV come with Alexa voice support built in?

The TU690T TV does not have Voice Assistants built-in. You can however connect an external Alexa device to the TU690T TV. Can you hang this TV? Are there places in back to mount Brackets to hang or hang on a stand ?

Yes, you can mount this TV with most wall mounts compatible with a VESA Map of 200x200mm. Most mounts will come with the brackets you need.

I have the Best Buy Essentials wall mount from another television (an LG 70") but the bolts do not fit/work. What size are the bolts for this tv? The M8/M10 were too small. Do you need spacers too? Thanks

Hi Chito38,

For the TU690T TV, you will need 4 x M8 screws, 20-22mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. The 20-22mm is not the screw length. It’s the wall mount thread depth in the TV chassis.
Make sure to add the wall mount bracket thickness to the thread depth for minimum screw length.
If you cannot find the fitting screws, you could use washers (supplied with the wall mount) to adjust the length.

Also please ensure your mount is compatible with a VESA map of 400x300mm.

Can I get Big10+ and ESPN+ and Peacock and Prime?

The TU690T TV has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps available for download including ESPN+, Peacock, and Prime Video. The Big10+ app is not yet available but you could screen mirror through your Android phone or use AirPlay from your Apple device.

Is there a stand that I can purchase for the middle of the tv and remove the legs? The legs are too far apart to sit on the stand that I have for my room.

You could purchase a TV mount that you connect to the back of your TV. For the 55" TU690T TV you will need a mount with a VESA Map of 200x200.

We have had the cooktop for about a year, today all the controls froze, could not adjust the heat level or turn off or on. Unplugged the power cord and plugged it back in couple of times until it started working again. Anyone know what the problem is?
