do i need to purchase a cable cord with TV being mounted

The TU690T comes with a power cord but if you need to connect it to external devices via HDMI, you will need to purchase that separately.

Yes, this range needs A 4-Wire Cord or 3-Wire Cord with 40 or 50 Amps.

This would all depend on your wall mount. You can mount the 70" TU690T TV on a wall mount compatible with a VESA Map of 400x300mm.

You can set the TV to allow Dolby Digital+ with Atmos streams that are input from external devices. Set to ON if the audio device connected via HDMI (eARC) supports Dolby Atmos. eARC will allow uncompressed Atmos. As long as your external device supports Atmos, you can pass through Atmos via eARC without issue.
