My Samsung UN75CU7000BXZA tv will not let me scan for broadcast channels. It shows Samsung Tv connected to the TV source input and will not let me change to antenna

You will need to change the input source. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. To set up your local channels, please follow these steps:

1) Make sure your Antenna or Cable box is set up, and then connect it to the TV vis the ANT IN.
2) Go to Source> TV
3) Press Setting> All Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program
4) Start to begin Auto-Programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both
5) Your TV will begin to scan for channels. After it's done, select Close to finish

I will be primarily using the TV to watch over-the-air channels. When I turn the TV on, will it be showing the last channel I was watching when I turned the TV off? How easy is it to change channels? How easy is it to see the channel guide?

Are the legs on this tv adjustable width wise. An answered question said 56 inches wide but some Samsung 75 inch tv's have a range for the leg placement and adjustment?

The feet on the 75" CU7000 TV are not adjustable. They are 56.2" apart. If you are looking for a 75" TV with adjustable feet, I recommend the CU8000, which has adjustable feet 49.9 & 41.2 inches apart.
