The TU690T comes with the Roku Channel app but not the Roku platform. However, it has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps available for download.

Yes, you can wall mount the 50" TU690T, but you will need to purchase an external wall mount compatible with a VESA Map of 200x200mm.

Does Spectrum cable lower the volume when connected to Samsung TVs? I have normal volume when I am watching Netflix or Prime, but It is not uncommon to need 70-100 volume range when watching cable.

Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
