can I set the remote control in setting to have the sleep button turn off?

Yes, you can set the Sleep Timer to turn off after a set period of time. Additionally, you can enable Auto Power Off to have the TV turn itself off if there has been no activity for a set period of time. This is one of your TV’s energy-efficiency functions. Go to Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer.

What is the difference between eARC and ARC? I see a Sony TV that shows "eARC/ARC" on an HDMI port. The Samsung just shows "eARC".

The TU690T TV has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps available for download so you do not need a Roku device. However, you can access the RokuTV app or connect a Roku device.
