You can set the TV to allow Dolby Digital+ with Atmos streams that are input from external devices. Set to ON if the audio device connected via HDMI (eARC) supports Dolby Atmos. eARC will allow uncompressed Atmos. As long as your external device supports Atmos, you can pass through Atmos via eARC without issue.

This television is not allowing me to install certain apps like Max. It says install and I click on it and it doesn’t install. Any suggestions please would be helpful

I recommend ensuring your TV is up date with the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
