Yes, the PRO Plus microSD card can be used with laptops. Some apps do not allow the user to save the app to the card. This is not due to any limitations on the part of the card, but most likely a functionality of the phone and/or the application. Certain app developers do not enable their apps to run from a memory card.

Does this TV have blue light protection for people with eye problems?

There are a few settings you may want to adjust to tone down the blue light from your TV to reduce eye strain. (1) you may want to set your Picture Mode to ‘Movie’ which is suitable for watching TV in a dark room, or ‘Natural,’ which reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience, (2) you may want to select Warm 1 or Warm 2 in Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Color Tone, and (3) you can lower the B-Gain setting in Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > White Balance.
