Does the CU7000 have PIP

The CU7000 Series does not have PIP (or split-screen). Split-screen capability to view two different content side-by-side is available starting from our CU8000 Series and up using our Multi View feature.

For example, you can view media from different sources, such as an app, Blu-ray player, or game console, on the main left screen while also mirroring your phone to the smaller screen. Multi-View provides you with endless possibilities for splitting screens and viewing several types of content at the same time.

Does this TV come with all items for connecting or do I need to buy anything?

The CU7000 TV comes with a power cord and remote. If you are connecting anything externally, you will need the appropriate cord for that item such as an HDMI cable.

Does anyone have problem with volume? The sound quality is poor on mine and the volume button needs to be up over 50 to hear better,

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode
