Can this TV be mounted?

Yes it can be wall mounted! You will need to use M8 screws, with a screw depth of 20mm - 22mm. The VESA pattern for this TV is 200 x 200.

Can you use ear buds with this or wireless head phones ?

remote control for Samsung 50' TV doesn't have numbers to change/select channel #. how do i change TV channel (for example from ch2 to ch11) without using Guide and going channel per channel or page down/up?

You will press the button just under the power button which has a GEAR on it. Press this button until you see a row of numbers show up at the bottom of your screen and then use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select which channel number you would like to go to, then press UP to select DONE. Next press the OK button in the center of the circle pad.

I just purchased this tv and am using Verizon for internet access want to stream YouTubeTv is that on the tv or will I need to purchase and attach a streaming device like ROKU to get and stream you tube tv

Does Samsung have an android based system available in the 85" Neo QLED TV? I understand that TIZEN no longer has an app store.

I purchased soundbar “open box”. Buttons on soundbar do not work & after 2-3 minutes, 1) the volume automatically jumps to level 24, 2) the sound mode resets to “surround”. When turned on, the soundbar displays “shop 4”. How to re-init the retail status?

Follow the steps below to remove SHOP MODE from your Soundbar.

1.) Power off the bar.
2.) Hold Volume down on the remote until it says "Shop Off" on the screen.
3.) When powering the Soundbar back on, you will not see SHOP 4 scroll across the display screen.
