Is this TV-remote, voice activated? Push a button and talk to remote, show me Netflix or YoutTube and such?

No, the TU690T TV does not have voice assistance built-in. However, you can connect an external Alexa or Google Home device to the TV and control it that way. I recommend moving up to the AU8000 if you are looking for built-in voice assistance.
