Can I download the Direct TV app on this TV ? I have Direct TV and want to put it in my garage but don't have an extra box to hook to it ?

Even though this has a built in App Store can it work with Roku? Also does it have Xfinity streaming app in the App Store? Which is why I need Roku compatibility.
