The HW-Q990B Soundbar has the ability to connect using HDMI, Bluetooth or Digital Optical. Depending on your model TV if it has one of those inputs then you're all set.

The soundbar comes with an HDMI cable.

Does the soundbar need to be connected by wire to the TV? And does the soundbar need to plug into an electrical outlet? Thank you.

The HW-Q990B Soundbar has the ability to connect to any TV using a wireless Bluetooth Connection.

If you are using one of the select 2022 Samsung TVs, you can choose to connect using Wi-Fi for an industry first ability to send Dolby Atmos over the Wi-Fi connection.

You will need to plug in all of the components to outlets to power the system.

The Samsung - HW-Q750B/ZA 5.1.2ch Soundbar with Wireless Dolby Atmos / DTS:X - Black has a plug to connect a wireless microphone receptor to plug in?

The HW-Q750B Soundbar has the ability to connect using Digital Optical, Bluetooth or HDMI. It does not feature any microphone support.

Are the speakers wireless?

The rear speakers on the HW-Q750B Soundbar are fully wireless to the soundbar itself. They will need to be connected together using a provided speaker cable that is roughly 19 feet long and then in to the wall for power.

Can the rear speakers be wall mounted and would there be any loss in audio quality or Dolby Atmos performance when doing so?

You can wall the rears for the HW-Q990B Soundbar. I would suggest to give plenty of height between the rears and the ceiling as the point of the top firing speakers is to bounce the sound off the ceiling and back to you.

Can the rear speakers be controlled? Is there a way to lower and bring up the volume of the rear speakers?

There are two different ways to increase the volume of the rear speakers of the HW-Q930B Soundbar. Using the provided soundbar remote you will press CH LEVEL until you see REAR LEVEL and TOP REAR LEVEL. Using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote will allow you to adjust the level from -6 to +6.

If you want to use the SmartThings app from your smart device, connect your soundbar using the app first. After everything is connected you can use the SmartThings app to control your soundbar as you would the soundbar remote.

The HW-Q60B Soundbar is a 3.1 Channel Soundbar. Meaning it has a LEFT, CENTER and RIGHT channel plus the .1 is the wireless subwoofer. If you are wanting to expand your sound stage, purchase the SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speakers which will add surround sound to your soundbar.

The best way to connect your new HW-S60B Soundbar will be to use an HDMI cable connected to the TV ARC port. Connect your cable box to another HDMI port and you will be all set.
