I wiped the tv screen with a soft cloth and left marks. How do you remove the marks?

Hi Lexie - To clean The Frame (2022) TV's screen, please use a magic eraser. A magic eraser will not damage the screen, and you can rub it in a circular or any direction to clean it. Other materials (such as microfiber) will not work as well to remove smudges. Please also make sure you do not wet the screen or use any type of liquid spray.

Can the 75" Q80B be hung vertically (in portrait mode) on the wall at times as a display? Someone told me the internals of the TV might dislocate and drop - is that true?

Hummali - The Q80B TV does not support portrait mode mounting and should only be wall mounted horizontally/landscape.

Hi - You can download the Q60B TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater > TVs. From there, you can select the Q60B TV under 4K QLED TVs > B Model Lineup and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
