Will my roku remote work with this television

Samsung TVs do allow the pairing of Universal Remotes. To pair your remote, Turn on your smart TV and then hold down the appropriate button on your universal remote. Some remotes may pair right away, but others require you to enter a code.

When you’re ready, enter the code on the remote’s number pad. You should now be able to control your TV with the newly paired remote. If it isn’t working, try these steps again or refer to the manufacturer’s support.

Can I use the tv as an extension for my Facebook, Messenger or Zoom calls? Does it have a camera like a cellphone?

You can connect the TU690T as a monitor but it does not have a camera. You would still need to use your primary device for the camera.

Questioni have a Samsung 7 Series 65" TV which is installed on the other side of an interior wall in relation to where i was intending on installing this item. My concern is if someone is using the remote on 1 TV will it effect the other?

Although the remote can’t be paired to a specific TV as it uses an IR signal, you can take advantage of the remote control function within the SmartThings app. If both TVs have been added to your SmartThings app on your tablet or mobile device, you can use the app to control each device individually.
