We connected our soundbar via Bluetooth and it works but when we adjust the volume with the remote the numbers go up & down but the actual sound doesn't get louder or quieter. We can adjust the sound by pushing it on the actual soundbar but not the remote

The Samsung TV Remote can only control your Soundbar if it is connected via HDMI or Optical. I hope this helps!

Does this tv support new Samsung Gaming Hub?

The Samsung Gaming Hub is not available on the TV. It is available on the QN900B, QN800B, QN95B, QN90B, and the Q60B series TVs.

If I plug in a properly formatted Jump Drive, can I use this display as a media player? Both images, and video.

Just set up the TV and realized we used the old power cord from the previous TV rather than the packaged one. The older plug fits the available socket better than the new plug. Will this be an issue?

What is the actual screen size rather than the whole width and height of the tv?

When measured diagonally, the 32" Q60A TV's screen size is 31.5".
