When I go to Newsmax there are commercials before Newsmax comes up. The tv goes black screen and takes approximately 16 seconds to start play. When connecting to internet black for several minutes. Is this normal?

How long does the tv stay on with the sleep timer? 4 hours? 6 hours?

Squirrelygirly9 - You can set the Sleep Timer to turn your TV off after 30, 60, 120, or 180 minutes.

Are the edges of the TV black or silver? They appear black on this website but silver on others. Also, does it come with the wall mount hardware?

Hi Neal - The QN95B has stainless steel front edges around the bezel-less display. We do not supply adapters or screws, but the universal wall mount that you purchase separately will typically supply you with all the screws needed for their bracket to attach to our TV and to your wall. If they do not supply the screws, you can find them at any hardware store.

The screensaver turns on every 5 minutes even if dazn is playing. Is something going to be released to fix this or allow the screensaver to be turned off? Not interested in a tv that requires me to hit a button every 5 minutes. Horrible horrible feature.

Helpme - If the S95B TV displays the same still image for 2 minutes, Screen Saver is automatically activated. Screen Saver is a default function to protect your OLED display and cannot be disabled.

NatureMike - While Art Mode is exclusive to The Frame TV, the S95B features Ambient Mode which offers customizable themes, colors, and photo options. Instead of seeing a blank background when your TV is turned off, you can enhance your screen with landscape images, artwork, and unique scenes. Your own photos can be turned into backgrounds as well with the My Album feature. Ambient Mode can be accessed directly on your TV or with the SmartThings app on your phone or tablet.

Using the soundbar remote that came with the HW-Q930B Soundbar, you will press the CH LEVEL button until you see REAR LEVEL and REAR TOP LEVEL. These two settings will allow you to use the UP/DOWN buttons on your soundbar remote to adjust the front-firing and the top-firing speakers between -6 to +6.

The included Wireless Rear Speaker Kit requires an included wireless transmitter that both rear speakers will need to be plugged in to, and then the module needs to be plugged in to the wall for power.

I have an older model 40 inch Samsung 4K TV, the UN40KU6300 and want to make sure it's compatible before I make a purchase.

The HW-S50B Soundbar has the ability to connect using Bluetooth, Digital Optical and HDMI. If your TV has one of those inputs then you're all set. We would recommend using HDMI to the TV ARC input as this will offer you the best audio experience.
