Hi James,
We appreciate your question on how to turn off the energy-saving function. We understand your situation is difficult since condensation can affect your produce/grocery.
This refrigerator does not have an energy-saving function. To prevent condensation from forming, the refrigerator has heat-proof piping in the front corners. If the ambient temperature rises, this equipment may not work effectively. This is not a system failure.
The main causes of condensation are the following:
• If a door is left open, moisture
enters the refrigerator.
• Food with high moisture
content.
To address these, remove the moisture and do not leave a door open for extended periods. Make sure food is wrapped airtight.
